If you are still having trouble and you are using an Internet Explorer browser, you may need to enable your plug-in as well.  Follow these steps to make this work.

1. In IE, go to your TOOLS pull-down menu.
2. Select MANAGE ADD-ONS.
3. Select SHOCKWAVE ACTIVE-X Control
4. Click to UPDATE at the bottom and be sure it is checked ENABLED.
